Information Security & Data Architecture
The Datalysis Platform is designed under principles of security and scalability, applying industry best practices to protect business information. Our approach includes:
- Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
- User and role-based access controls
- Principle of least privilege
- Activity monitoring and logging
- Logical data separation per client
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we apply continuous and reasonable measures to mitigate risks.
Data Ownership & Confidentiality
We respect client data ownership and confidentiality. Data originating from client systems belongs exclusively to the client. Datalysis acts as processor and visualization provider, using data solely for contracted services.
All staff and processes operate under confidentiality and responsible data use principles.
Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence
Datalysis integrates AI to support analytics, automation, and insight generation, including tools such as Daisy. Our AI approach is responsible and transparent:
- AI supports decision-making but does not replace human judgment
- Models are not trained on confidential client data
- Recommendations are informational and analytical
Clients retain full control over how information is used.
Technology Providers & Third Parties
Datalysis may rely on trusted technology providers, primarily cloud infrastructure providers. We only use providers necessary for service operation. We do not sell or commercialize client information. Third-party access is strictly limited to technical necessity.
